- Tutoring students in and outside the classroom in various subjects with a focus on mathematics - Selecting and planning field trips and connecting them to students classroom education (for example, currently planning a trip to the Oregon Primate Research Center)- Teaching “Advocate” class every Tuesday and Thursday (designed to help students stay on track for graduation by addressing credit disparities as well as teaching post-secondary skills such as resume building) - Performing administrative support tasks, such as recording student data and communicating with parents

- Tutored and mentored small groups of mostly underperforming students in literacy and math while coordinating volunteer and extended day activities for students, parents and the greater community (For example, helped recruit volunteers for and facilitate school carnival, community pancake breakfast, and kindergarten orientation)- Created and ran after school Ultimate Frisbee Club for 5th and 6th grade students, around 14 students meeting weekly- Completed four-credit “Issues and Trends in Education” course through Pacific University as well as various professional development trainings from school placement- Carried out the Host Application Review Process, reviewed the eligibility and qualifications of different schools in Forest Grove and Hillsboro school districts (May 2018)
