At PagerDuty, I worked to build up a robust, scalable front-end infrastructure to support developers and enhance the product for customers.  I also worked closely with UX Design, being passionate about supporting a design system and component guide that allowed our developers and UX designers to build a consistent and beautiful interface.

At Wolters Kluwer Health, I used my technical aptitude to become the go-to expert of our suite of Pharmacy Productivity software products.  I started in Implementation, training new users of our products.  I quickly moved up into a position of Product Specialist, where I was called upon to solve the most complex of issues that internal and external customers had with our products.

I had extensive interaction with Development, including the analysis of current Feature Requests and Defects to help create a road map for the Agile Development process.  I also used my knowledge and expertise of our products to assist developers with database analysis to identify the root causes of major defects.

As Director of Music, I was in charge of the teams of musicians at our two church campuses - a total of about 40 volunteers.  I led worship for Sunday services 2 - 3 times per month.

During my time, I also led the charge of implementing a new software program that organized and scheduled all volunteers for the church.

At Wenzel Studios, I owned and administered the business, providing professional recording and education services for local musicians.  I built a web interface to allow clients to review recordings online.  I also created custom teaching techniques, including the teaching of a 2-year-old to play drums.
