Julie True is an expert in massage therapy and health education, with a passion for helping people of all ages achieve optimal health. She has been studying and practicing alternative healing techniques since 2003, specializing in pain management, emotional health, and increasing body functionality. Julie incorporates a variety of modalities into her sessions, including neuromuscular therapy, trigger point theory, eastern modalities, and western modalities, to help break up adhesions, muscular congestion, increase flexibility, and improve overall energy and fluid movement throughout the body. Julie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University-Chico and has taught at various institutions such as National Holistic Institute, Western Career College, and World School of Massage.
