Kimberly Hom is an accomplished healthcare administration leader and an Executive Master of Health Systems Engineering recipient from SUNY Binghamton. She is currently the Director of Quality Performance Improvement for the Department of Anesthesiology at Lenox Hill Hospital. Previously, she worked at MZL Home Care Agency, where she was responsible for Performance & Quality Improvement and Business Development. Kimberly is an experienced counselor intern and researcher, as she worked with needy populations to enhance their self-esteem and educational potential. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Sociology and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. In addition to healthcare administration, Kimberly is passionate about music and photography as artistic forms of self-expression.
