Sanjeev Jain is an accomplished Fellow Chartered Accountant and Registered Insolvency Professional with 30 years of experience in financial administration and corporate strategy. He has worked with distinguished Boards, Promotors, Big 4 Audit Firms, and global consulting firms throughout his career.

Jain is a specialist in regulatory litigation, insolvency, dispute resolution, and business performance improvement, and has led many outcome-based business transformation projects with global advisors, delivering impressive results. He has also executed several landmark M&A transactions in logistics and telecom sectors, involving strategic partnerships and private equity deals.

Currently, Jain provides CXO/Board Advisory Services and Business Transformation services, serving as a Consulting CFO for V-Trans Group and as an advisor to Scorpion Express, Brring Logistics, Tej Couriers, and Ghatge Patil Transport. He is also on the board of Bhoruka Classic Finance Pvt Limited, a RBI-registered NBFC, and TCI Telenet PVT LTD, with experience in exploring the resolution of stressed assets as a Registered Insolvency Professional under Amicus Insolvency and Turnaround Services LLP.

Jain's education includes Fellow Chartered Accountant, PGD in Alternate Dispute Resolution, Insolvency Professional, Certificate Course in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws & Procedures, and Proficiency Test for Independent Directors Data Bank.
