Having graduated from architecture school in Mexico, Noemi sought to address the lack of 'design for people' in the industry, which drove her to pursue a master's degree in Strategic Design in the Netherlands. She specializes in User-Centered Design, excelling at transforming innovative ideas into practical design solutions through collaboration and stakeholder engagement. With a keen eye for detail, Noemi is known for her ability to identify, reframe, and solve complex problems. Her career includes roles at reputable organizations like Designit, blackbear, Rode Kruis Nederland, among others, where she has honed her skills and expertise. Noemi's educational background includes a MSc in Strategic Product Design from Delft University of Technology, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Tecnológico de Monterrey and Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera.
