She is passionate about promoting digital and traditional media literacy to her students through classroom work and her personal blog, which serves as a platform for learning and creating value-generating educational projects. Prior to her current work as the Verksamhetsansvarig Makerzone at Sollentuna kommun and former roles at Knivsta Kommun and Uppsala universitet, Maria completed a range of academic courses and degrees, including Bild för lärare 30 hp at Uppsala universitet and Grundskollärare 1-7 at Uppsala universitet.
