Shayan Hamidi is a seasoned tech leader with over 15 years of experience in the SaaS and internet solutions industry, specializing in providing integrated CRM solutions for real estate professionals. He is the Founder and CEO of Rechat, a company that offers comprehensive tools for real estate professionals to streamline operations, extend reach, and enhance organizational management and automation.

Prior to Rechat, Shayan co-founded TheRedPin, Canada's first online brokerage and largest real estate technology startup, stemming from a personal negative real estate experience in 2009. He excels in taking companies from concept to development and high growth, adept at team building, securing capital, and consistently surpassing financial targets.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Shayan enjoys outdoor activities like biking, skiing, and cross-fit. He values family time with his two children and indulges in reading non-fiction, cooking, and wine tasting, holding certification as a Level 1 Sommelier.
