Jhen-Si Chen

Jhen-Si Chen is a well-accomplished physicist, researcher, and vice president in the quantitative hedge fund industry. After earning his bachelor's degree in Physics from National Taiwan University and PhD in Electrical Engineering from University of Cambridge, he conducted research on holography and hologram algorithm. He eventually joined the WorldQuant group as a Senior Quantitative Researcher and rose to the rank of Vice President, where he currently focuses on data analysis, alpha research, portfolio management, and other quant trading techniques.

Chen's background includes expertise in quantitative finance, portfolio management, data analysis, and alpha research. He is skilled in research and development, machine learning, and algorithmic trading. Chen has worked in academia, the Taiwanese Military, and the hedge fund industry, where he held a variety of quantitative roles.
