Elton Rios da Silva is a seasoned professional with eight years of experience in credit risk and data analysis, financial products pricing, MIS, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. He has taken on leading roles in process automation projects and dashboards creation. Elton is proficient in MS Office Suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and is skilled in VBA, SQL, SAS, R, SAP, and QlikView.

Elton's achievements include calculating RoE and RARoC (Risk Adjusted Return on Capital), application of credit risk parameters such as PD, LGD, EAD in economic capital models, development of credit policies and anti-fraud policies, and creating dashboards for management to make accurate business decisions. He has also assumed a front office position, responsible for maintaining a business relationship with financial institutes in the LATAM and Caribbean region.
