Cate Schappert is a Boston-based artist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Lesley University. She has also studied at Columbia University and Central Saint Martins. Schappert has a diverse professional background, having worked as a Producer of Creative Production and Brand Design at Converse, a Freelance Photographer and Filmmaker, a Photo Studio Manager, a Production Assistant and Coordinator, and an Admission Counselor/Alumni Coordinator. She has also taught at Lesley University as an Adjunct Faculty member.

Schappert has honed her skills in bookbinding, stitching, screenprinting, printmaking, and improvisational acting through various workshops and short courses. She has exhibited her photography and other artwork in multiple galleries and venues. She is highly creative and passionate about all forms of artistic expression, working tirelessly to bring her ideas to life.
