Monica Rosser is a seasoned chief executive who has gained extensive experience in the federal sector, particularly in defense, civilian, and intelligence sectors. With a strong background in operations, sales, strategy, and legal roles, Monica has mastered the art of building high-performance teams through servant leadership. Her specialties in capability building, organizational transformation, and change management make her stand out as a versatile leader. She has also been involved in business development, performance improvement, enterprise risk management, and growth planning.

Monica studied BA in Political Science/Intl Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before proceeding to Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law for her Juris Doctorate degree. Her professional journey began as a staff attorney at the State of Pennsylvania, followed by an associate role in Strategic Technology and Innovation at Booz Allen Hamilton. She was then appointed Manager, Enterprise Risk at Deloitte, then Vice President of Healthcare, Benefits, and Information Technology at SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. Monica joined Favor TechConsulting, LLC (FTC) in 2016 as Vice President of Business Development, later becoming Senior Vice President Business Development, and currently, she is the Chief Growth Officer.
