Lindsay W. is a cultural anthropologist turned senior strategist, known for her expertise in embedding cultural intelligence, diversity and inclusion abilities into organizations. Her skills include global IT adoption and comprehensive nonprofit organization strategy. She is a specialist in architecting humane levers into existing infrastructures to make them more inclusive, lead global IT and HCM implementations with proficiency in change management, instructional strategy, and other intersectional innovations. Lindsay is particularly committed to bringing about humane levers among corporates and often uses human-related ecosystem management modalities from around the world to transform organizations into better functioning entities.

Lindsay has over a decade of experience in leadership roles, where she has been focused on diversity and inclusion, changing organizational culture and global transformation initiatives. She has worked with senior executives at a range of companies, including Williambrown Consulting Solutions, Cognizant, Caterpillar Inc., and Sears Holdings Corporation. She has also worked with several non-profit organizations, including her role as Advisory Board Member at the African Diversity & Inclusion Centre.

Lindsay has undertaken numerous roles throughout her career, including Remote Transformation Partner at MaxChange Consulting, Digital Change Manager at Caterpillar Inc., CEO of All Well, Inc., and Principal at CultureMax Consulting Solutions. She holds an MBA degree from Penn State University, a bachelor's degree in Latin American Studies (Cultural Anthropology), and a Research Fellowship in Center for Latin American Studies at the University of Kansas.
