Rossina Gil is an experienced executive and consultant specializing in organization development, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and executive coaching. With a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and a Master of Arts in International Studies focused on Foreign Policy from Claremont Graduate University, she has a strong foundation in international communications, business administration, and Spanish.

Rossina has worked for several high-profile organizations throughout her career. Before founding her consultancy, Corporate Looking Glass, LLC, she served as Senior Partner for Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion, & Organization Performance at Healthways. Additionally, she worked as an Interim Director of Latin America/Global Product Manager at Mattel, Inc., where she managed a transnational account for PepsiCo.

Rossina is a certified Cross-Cultural Executive Coach and has worked with numerous international clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Toyota, Amgen, and Nestle. She has also served as a Professor at California State University, Northridge, and delivered Leadership Development programs globally through organizations such as Peter Block’s Designed Learning and Ram Charan’s Leadership Pipeline.
