Previously, Jay was the Managing Director and Head of Audience at Crossmedia USA, Senior Director of Strategy at Millennial Media, and VP of Product and Strategy at Medicx Media Solutions. He has also worked for Razorfish, NBC Universal, MEC, Young & Rubicam, among others. Jay is a proficient problem-solver with tremendous experience in building and leading new teams & capabilities within medium-to-large companies using a mix of art & science to accelerate revenue growth. Jay is married and is a father to a child. Besides his professional life, Jay is an ardent video game fanatic.
