Aditya Dakshinamoorthy is a highly qualified and experienced professional in the aviation industry. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Airline Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Anna University.

Currently, Aditya holds the position of Manager of Performance - The Americas at Qatar Airways, where he oversees the airline's operations in the Americas, ensuring that they run efficiently and effectively. Before this role, he worked as a Senior Analyst for Project Aurora and a Business Consultant for Network Planning - Decision Support at Southwest Airlines.

Aditya's expertise in the aviation industry is extensive, and he has experience liaising with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of airline operations. His skills in project management, network analytics, and operational performance analysis have enabled him to make significant contributions to the airlines, helping them to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

In addition to his professional work, Aditya has also worked as a Graduate Student Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he carried out research in the aviation industry.
