Jack Sharon is a veteran Solutions Engineer and Technical Account Manager with a successful track record of deploying and managing technology-based solutions across multiple industries. He has spent much of his seventeen-year career consulting with clients globally on learning and knowledge systems, institutional and classroom technologies, open system design, system integration, and optimal solution delivery methodologies.

Sharon has held several senior roles at notable firms such as eInstruction Corp., GlobalScholar, and System Software Associates, where he served as Global Manager for Open Systems Solutions. He is currently the Sr. Director of Solutions Engineering for Education at Kaltura, where he partners with new and existing customers, assists partners, and delivers solutions that align with Kaltura's vision to power video experiences in Education and corporate enterprises.

Sharon is recognized for his broad expertise in learning technologies used by Higher Ed, K12, and web-based corporate systems. His hands-on skills range from XML for systems integration to web-based system administration, and networking, and DBMS administration. He's also an accomplished presenter, mentor, and trainer, applying a consultative mentoring approach to develop strategic solutions that meet enterprise-wide business and institutional goals.
