In 1990, Mr. Nowack founded Conor Pacific Canada Inc. (Conor) as a merchant and investment bank.  As Chairman & CEO of Conor, Mr. Nowack has been responsible for overseeing Conor's growth, its investments and the strategic direction, financing and growth of each of its holdings.  This has included a wide range of real estate, construction, remediation, and drilling projects, financings, and mergers and acquisitions.  Since 1995, Mr. Nowack has completed over 30 transactions having a value exceeding $300mm.

Conor currently has controlling interest in 5 entities as follows:
1.  Conor Pacific Developments Inc. - A commercial real estate development and operating        company.
2.  Pure Air Limited - A packaged gas distribution company (medical and industrial gases).
3.  Trenchless Crossings, Inc. - A horizontal drilling company.
4.  Precision Sampling Inc. - A geotechnical drilling company.
5.  Pure Water - A water purification company.

During the period from 1976 to 1988, Mr. Nowack practiced law in Calgary, Alberta and Toronto, Ontario.  In his legal practice, Mr. Nowack led over $4.5bn of financings, restructurings and M&A transactions, primarily in the Oil & Gas Industry, for major Canadian and US Banks and Investments Banks.  During his 12 years in practice, Mr. Nowack developed a specialty in frontier financing and has published several papers on this topic.  Clients included Canadian banks, various major US banks, Canadian Occidental Petroleum, Tricentrol Oils, Phibro Salomon, The Industrial Bank of Japan, Salomon Brothers, Dominion Securities, Burns Fry, Wood Gundy, Prudential Bache and Morgan Stanley.  During that same period, Mr. Nowack also oversaw various drilling and financing programs both internationally and in Canada in his role as a Director or member of the management ream of CanMar Drilling, Dome Petroleum, Tricentrol Oils Limited and Esprit Resources Limited.
