Alycia Richmond is a seasoned executive partner and former small business owner with an extensive background in human resources management. She studied business administration and HR management at the University of Phoenix and American InterContinental University before embarking on her career journey. Richmond has worked across a wide range of fields, from bagging groceries at VONS to serving as an HR assistant and director of first impressions at The Ken Blanchard Companies. She has also served on the board of the North County Human Resources - San Diego (NCHR-SD) as a member-at-large.
