Jose Melendez is a fully bilingual and accomplished HR executive leader, with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee retention, and HR leadership. Jose has a strong background in industrial and organizational psychology, public administration, and criminal justice. Jose obtained a Doctorate and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, as well as a Master's degree in Public Administration, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.

Throughout his career, Jose has held several high-level positions related to human resources, such as HR Assistant Director at Dallas County, Human Resource Analyst V Manager at Dallas County, Human Resource Technician at D’Maes Clinical Laboratory, Administrative Coordinator at National University College, and Human Resource Generalist/Supervisor at the Administration of Juvenile Detention and Rehabilitation Centers of Puerto Rico.

Jose is a resourceful and confident mentor, coach, and advisor, with the ability to lead and manage difficult employees and provide solutions to complex issues. He is well-organized, accurate, and attentive to detail, with strong HR administration skills, employee relations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
