Jeffrey Andrews is an industry veteran with nearly three decades of experience holding senior operational and strategic roles. Currently Senior Director of Contract Manufacturing at HP Hood LLC, he oversees the company's multi-hundred million dollar contract manufacturing business, which operates six plants in North America. Andrews has extensive expertise in aseptic and ESL processing technologies for ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages. These plants produce a wide variety of beverage categories, including iced coffee, protein drinks, plant-based beverages, and dairy for renowned brands such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, McDonald's, Dunkin, Ensure, Kellogg's, Muscle Milk, and SlimFast. Andrews holds an MS from Virginia Tech, an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a BS from State University of New York at Binghamton. Before his recent role at HP Hood LLC, Andrews held other leadership positions across multiple industries, including AEB Nederland, Golden State Foods, Intel, Becton Dickinson, and Lockheed Martin.
