She started her career as a software engineer and architect, building several software products from scratch. She later transitioned to consulting, where she led significant client opportunities, launched new practice areas, and ran high-growth business units. This experience led her to become the CEO of Xcelerate, which she later sold to Razorfish, where she spent 15 years in various executive positions, including SVP, President, and Global CEO. Currently, she is actively investing in and advising several startup companies in Atlanta and is the Co-Founder of Wripple, which is a talent-sourcing platform for Marketing and Customer Experience projects.
