Rattana Mao is a prominent figure in the Fort Worth community, with a distinguished career in nonprofit organizations and corporate management. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management degree at Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration and Management degree at University of Phoenix. Rattana's educational background paired with her years of experience in non-profit fundraising and banking center management fortified her abilities as Director of Development for Child Care Associates. Rattana was a past president of the Fort Worth Botanical Society, where she honed her management and event planning expertise. As co-chair of events and a committee member, she specialized in sponsorship, marketing, volunteer recruitment, decoration, and financial oversight. Moreover, Rattana had offered financial reviews and outreach strategies to non-profit organizations and boards. Rattana's outstanding leadership abilities resulted in her selection for the Leading Edge Class in 2013, recognition as one of Fort Worth's 40 under 40 in 2014, and her involvement in the Junior League and Women Steering Business. In 2015, she assumed the role of the Fort Worth chapter leader of Plaid for Women.
