Rodney Sinclair is a successful entrepreneur in the real estate industry, with a passion for community development and empowering others to achieve their dreams. Born and raised in a low-income neighborhood in Boston, Rodney attended Springfield College and Northeastern University, where he studied Human Services, Criminal Justice, and Psychology, respectively. He later earned his Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
With over 15 years of experience in real estate development, management, and consulting, Rodney's career highlights include serving as the Vice President of Construction and Development at Janey Construction Management and Consulting, Inc., the Development Manager for Real Estate and Asset Management at Massachusetts Port Authority, and the Senior Project Manager at the Boston Redevelopment Authority.
As the owner of Sinclair Real Estate Group and the President of Sinclair Development Solutions, Rodney has helped countless families and communities acquire and improve their properties. He is also active in civic affairs, serving as a Planning Board Member for the City of Beverly and a former Field Organizer for Team Bloomberg.
Rodney's ultimate goal is to be a role model for others from low-income backgrounds, demonstrating that with hard work, dedication, and knowledge, anyone can succeed in the real estate industry and break the cycle of poverty.
