Throughout his career, Jim has held several high-level positions, including VP of Sales and Marketing at CXT Software, VP of Business Development at CXT Software, Executive Vice President at Fastrucking, VP of Sales (Western Region) at Velocity Express, and CEO at 2-Point Courier. In addition, he served as the Immediate Past President and President of the Express Carriers Association, where he fostered relationships between carriers, shippers, and vendors, serving on their Board of Directors for many years.

Jim earned an Associate's degree in Electronics-Engineering at DeVry University. He is currently a self-employed consultant, leveraging his extensive experience to help organizations develop and execute marketing strategies, secure high-level sponsorships, and drive sales growth.
