She holds an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Purdue University Calumet, a Bachelor's degree in Health Arts from the University of St. Francis, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Governors University.

Carol has held various key roles in prestigious healthcare organizations, showcasing her expertise and leadership skills. She serves as the Director of Operations Center at Dignity Health- St. Rose Dominican Hospital, where she drives operational excellence and oversees critical functions. Previously, she excelled as the Interim Director of Operations Center and the Performance Excellence Clinical Projects Coordinator at St. Rose Dominican Hospitals.

With a strong clinical background, Carol has also served as an RN Case Manager at St. Rose Dominican Hospitals, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective care coordination.
