Ngozi Stanley-Obi

Ngozi Stanley-Obi is a Social Entrepreneur, Author, and Motivational Speaker with a background in finance and banking. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking & Finance from the University of Port Harcourt and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Ilorin. Ngozi has been recognized as a Crans Montana New Leader for Tomorrow in 2012 and has completed various certificate programs in positive leadership, blue ocean strategy, and unlocking leadership potential.

Ngozi is passionate about empowering women in unbanked and economically challenged communities, providing financial literacy, and promoting financial inclusion. She is the CEO of Microdrive Initiative For Economic Empowerment (MIFEE) and has served as the Managing Director of Olive Microfinance Bank Ltd. She has also held various managerial positions at FirstBank Nigeria, including Regional Service Manager and Area Operations Manager. During her corporate career, she discovered her passion for customer service, coaching, training, and motivational speaking.

Ngozi is also an author and has written a book on the blessings of job loss. Her greatest success story is in lean management, which she uses along with her coaching skills to manage teams optimally and achieve set goals.
