Amit Garg, a Silicon Valley native, has spent over 20 years in the technology industry, primarily focusing on seed-stage applied AI investments in Digital Health, Automation, and Enterprise. He is also an accomplished venture capitalist, having had successful investments at Samsung NEXT Ventures and Norwest Ventures, including nuTonomy and Misfit Wearables.

In addition to his work in tech, Amit is an accomplished athlete and a philanthropist. He has climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, is a 70.3 Ironman finisher, and a Boston Marathon qualifier. In terms of philanthropy, he has been leading a non-profit organization since 2000, which has successfully crowd-funded and built a high school lab, a library, and a hospital in rural India serving a community of 100,000 people.

Amit is fluent in five languages and has lived significantly in five different parts of the world. Furthermore, he has spoken about his work in technology and non-profit at three TEDx events, the Global Competitiveness Forum, and was selected as a young leader (Global Shaper) by the World Economic Forum (Davos). He obtained a BS in Computer Science and Biology from Stanford University, an MS in Biomedical Informatics from Stanford University School of Medicine, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
