Trent Ernst is a multi-talented journalist, publisher, and editor who has demonstrated exceptional skills in writing, editing, story placement, and software installation. He currently owns and manages Tumbler RidgeLines, a popular online news source and newspaper that keeps the residents of Tumbler Ridge up-to-date with the latest news and events.

Trent is a graduate of Douglas College where he studied Print Futures and Professional Writing. He also operates Eye For Detail Photography, a boutique portrait photography business. Trent has extensive experience in the publishing field, having served as the publisher, editor, and writer of the Tumbler Ridge News for six years. He also worked as the Tourism Needs Coordinator and Social Media Coordinator in the District of Tumbler Ridge.

Trent is an excellent storyteller and loves writing feature-length articles on travel, technology, the outdoors, and exploration. His writing style is engaging, and he always puts a human touch on his pieces. In his free time, Trent loves hiking, camping, and exploring the beauty of nature.
