Gwendolyn Sánchez Peña is an experienced business administrator and expert in business planning and entrepreneurship. With over a decade in researching, developing, and implementing ideas, she has helped rural and urban entrepreneurs to create successful ventures, as well as encouraged the development and promotion of technology-based centers for small businesses. Gwendolyn is the co-author of an article on "Centros de emprendimiento tecnológico rural para el desarrollo local" published by ALTEC in 2011. She has been a facilitator and professor for several entrepreneurship programs, including model business, start-up, and opportunity creation. As a consultant for entrepreneurship and innovation, she works with various companies and advises on developing and implementing successful business plans. Gwendolyn was previously the coordinator of the Incubation System for the Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurial Development (CIDE-PUCP) at PUCP and worked as an advisor, tutor, and trainer at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and the Instituto Nacional de Investigación y Capacitación de Telecomunicaciones (INICTEL-UNI), respectively.
