- Full-cycle recruitment for all corporate sale, IT, customer service, merchandising, and creative, but not limited to those roles

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

I started with the company as a server and developed into a GM. During that time I was able to use my degree in Foods and Nutrition and Business Management to lead my staff of almost 40 to increase our profits from the previous years. My major responsibilities included anything it took to reach our projected numbers. During peak shifts I sat the dinning room, oversaw discounts, controlled the flow of the kitchen to meet proper cook times, and found ways to keep my staff motivated.

During non peak hours I completed marketing events to build relationships with guest and the local community. I also held the kitchen staff accountable with proper cuts and minimizing waste of products. The front of house staff was also held to a high standard of service.

In the office I was able to use my Microsoft Office skills to complete the daily P&L, project our monthly numbers,manage food and liquor inventories, organize order guides, and efficient scheduling and hiring of teammates.

In between the daily demands; I trained newly hired managers and tested new products for the company.
