- Acts as the first line of support for current and prospective CRC personnel in order to resolve a wide variety of client inquiries and requests
- Effectively support the recruitment process for assigned positions including posting roles, generating offer letters, closing requisitions and troubleshooting any user issues with our current Applicant Tracking System - Taleo
- Coordinate the payroll & onboarding packages, complete background checks, and ensure a smooth transition for employees joining the CRC
- Support the offboarding process including necessary paperwork, exit interviews & ensuring a smooth transition for employees exiting the CRC
- Provide administrative information & support in regards to all CRC annual service awards and recognition programs
- Support the recruitment and engagement of a pool of HR volunteers as required

Office Manager

As office manager at the Breather Montreal HQ, I had the opportunity to be hands on in numerous miscellaneous jobs around the office. As I had already had the pleasure of interning at Breather I knew most of the employees and new how the culture and environment of Breather worked. At my time as office manager, I became knowledgeable in being a right-hand man to the CCO at breather as well as being available to all other employees whenever they needed my assistance.

Some of my various tasks included: 
-Ordering all food for the Office
-Ensuring any supplies be ready at hand when employees needed them
-In charge of FedEx and mailing
-Kept track of CCO receipts
-Booked flights and hotels
-Helped organize Christmas staff party
-Ordering office furniture and making sure it was assembled promptly
-made sure office was clean at all time
- Keeping both kitchens stocked for employees at all times

These are some of my many duties as office manager at breather which taught me a lot about being in three places at the same time, being organized, prioritizing and being efficient.

As a recruitment intern at Breather, I got to work hand in hand with the recruitment team. Although my contract was only a month I learned a lot at my internship not only about recruitment and HR but also about how a start-up company works all together as a team, and every employee is exposed to all aspects of the business. 
As a recruitment intern I was able to: 
-Reach out to potential candidates for job positions on LinkedIn
-Learned how to use and master GreenHouse (recruiting software)
-Able to hold interview phone calls as well as background checks
-Took care of filing employee HR files
-Researched potential recruitment events and or websites
