Steven Huang

Steven Huang is a highly dedicated and passionate diversity and inclusion expert with years of experience in driving change within the tech industry. With a degree in Business and Statistics from Babson College and a summer program from the London School of Economics and Political Science, Steven has developed a strong analytical skillset that complements his passion for social justice. He started his career as an Actuarial Analyst at Towers Watson before transitioning to the tech industry where he worked as a People Analyst at Facebook and later, as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion and People Scientist at Culture Amp, where he led internal D&I initiatives and built, marketed and sold D&I products.

Steven Huang is also the Managing Director at Collective – A DEI Lab and a former Inclusion & Diversity Advisor at Jumpstart. He previously served as the Equitable Design & Impact lead at Culture Amp, where he focused on designing equitable systems and measuring their impact. Steven has experience in private equity consulting, marketing research, and data analysis. He is committed to creating inclusive spaces that value diversity and belonging and empowering people with the tools and strategies to achieve that.
