Victoria Kelberer is a data science leader with an academic background in International Relations and Affairs. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston University with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, where she also pursued Arabic studies. She went on to earn a Master of Arts from the university's Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies (Pardee School).

Kelberer began her professional career as an intern at Alkarama before serving as a freelance translator. She was also an Undergraduate Academic Advisor at Boston University before transitioning to roles in the nonprofit sector. She worked as a Lead Consultant and Project Manager at UNHCR and the International Center for Conciliation, respectively. Kelberer co-founded Urban Refuge, a nonprofit organization aimed at advancing the rights of urban refugees. She also co-founded and served as Graduate Chair for the Pardee School Initiative on Forced Migration and Human Trafficking.

Kelberer joined Vanguard Charitable as a Research Project Strategist and moved up the ranks to become a Research and Strategy Group Team Leader and later a Research and Strategy Group Manager. She also served as a Fulbright Specialist at Académie de Recherche et d'Enseignement supérieur and as a Research Consultant at Jordan INGO Forum. Kelberer was a member of the Board for the Boston Network for International Development (BNID).

Victoria Kelberer is passionate about data science and enjoys uncovering the meaning behind the data. She has expertise in research, strategy development, project management, academic advising, and nonprofit leadership. Her interests include data-driven decision-making, the rights of refugees, and international development.
