Alison Jeske is a passionate HR Leader, dedicated to making a positive impact in the companies she works for. After obtaining her BA from the University of Northern Iowa, Jeske joined BSI, LLC as their Human Resources Director, where she brings her expertise to influence change, evolve organizational culture, and align the organization's strategy to HR initiatives to promote growth. Having worked previously as a Group Fitness Instructor at several places, Jeske has firsthand experience in creating a positive impact on people's lives. She is an active member of Mile High SHRM and SHRM, and is always happy to network, and start informative conversations with people who share her interests.
