Matthew Gleeson is a seasoned executive with an extensive background in the utility sector. He has dedicated his career to transforming the relationship between utilities and their customers, moving towards customer-centric models that promote reliability, sustainability, and long-term partnerships. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics & Information Science from the University of Newcastle and has completed an Accelerate Executive Insight program in Organizational Leadership from the University of Michigan.

Matthew's experience includes working as the Vice President of Global Alliances & Channels and Vice President of Global Delivery at Oracle, where he focused on leading strategic growth initiatives for the company, building high-performing teams, and promoting business transformation programs. He has also held various regional consulting and sales director roles in Australia, New Zealand, and the JAPAC region. Prior to Oracle, Matthew worked as a project director and manager at SPL WorldGroup and as a technical strategist at NextGen. He started his career as a database administrator at the ASX.
