Town & Country Real Estate's Michael Gary is a real estate broker and certified appraiser with extensive expertise in the unique North and South Forks of Eastern Long Island. Born and raised in Upstate New York, Gary earned a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from the Southampton campus of Long Island University. His interest in the arts brought him to the East End's diverse natural landscapes, which he often captures through his personal paintings, prints, and photographs.

Gary began his real estate career in 1988 after owning his Interior Design firm, and in only his first year, he sold an oceanfront property. Ten years later, he founded Appraisals East, Inc. to evaluate properties in the region. As a licensed Real Estate Broker and certified Real Estate Appraiser, Gary offers guidance to both buyers and sellers, leveraging his experience and an honest, easy-going manner to help clients navigate the nuances of purchasing, selling, and leasing properties.

Michael and his partner are proud homeowners in Southampton, where they reside with their Cairn Terrier, Cody, who accompanies them on walks along some of the world's most beautiful beaches. Gary is passionate about aiding clients in Eastern Long Island and dedicated to providing excellent real estate services, making the process less stressful and more accessible for all.
