Karen Gabler is a highly-skilled massage therapist and wellness expert with over 30 years of experience. She has dedicated her life to exploring the inner workings of the human body, developing a holistic approach to health and wellness that combines myofascial release, zero balancing, and alignment in movement. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Education from Wheaton College, Gabler went on to work as an editor for Houghton Mifflin Company, where she developed a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping others through written communication. She eventually left the publishing industry to pursue her true calling, becoming the founder of the Gabler Sustainable Body, where she continues to help clients achieve optimal health and wellness through her transformative bodywork techniques.
