Brian L. Parker is a seasoned technology, security, and enterprise risk executive with experience in global companies in both the commercial and federal sectors. His expertise includes managing and sustaining cyber risk management, financial control environments, and information technology processes. Brian has worked for top-tier companies like Gartner, IBM, CGI, SRA, Deloitte, and PwC. At these firms, he has provided high-end strategy and consulting services for clients' information technology and security programs, improving business and technology processes and mitigating regulatory and cyber risks. Brian has also led growth initiatives in maintenance management systems and financial and operational risk strategy and analytics. His experience spans across advising technology partners like Oracle, SAP, and IBM, and driving strategies for the design and implementation of risk data aggregation, complex risk exposure, and modeling and data analytics capabilities. Brian has an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Old Dominion University and a BS in Accounting and Business/Management from Christopher Newport University. He is currently a Leadership Partner for Cybersecurity and Risk Management at Gartner.
