Marcelo Paiva is a multifaceted and accomplished professional in the design and tech industry, with vast experience building and leading teams to success. Marcelo earned a degree in Design and Electronics, and began his career as an Educator in Product Design Curriculum Development at Ironhack, before moving on to become a Product Design Development Strategist at Veta Health. From there, Marcelo advanced in his career by serving as Creative Director - Team Builder at Processmap Corporation, and later joining UKG as User Experience Manager. Marcelo is a talented and driven individual with expertise in product design, development strategies, team building, and user experience.

Furthermore, Marcelo has co-founded a startup called Cross.Team, which demonstrates his entrepreneurial spirit and interest in working on new technologies and projects.
