Celia Sarauza is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in consulting and implementing IT projects for companies in various industries such as retail, beverages, and cosmetics. She has held roles such as IT Business Partner, PMO, Analyst, and Project Management in different consulting firms such as CPM Braxis and Accenture, as well as research and consulting firms like Frost & Sullivan and IDC.

Celia has been with Natura for some years now, being the GP of BI projects and also acting as an IT BP for business demands. Her expertise lies in her ability to understand business requirements, document them, and deliver effective IT solutions along with internal teams through project governance and management. She is highly skilled in design thinking, software selection, benchmarking, and more, using tools like MS Office, MS Project, Trello, Jira, PowerBI, SAS, SQL, and more.

She holds a Bachelor's degree from UMC - Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes, an Executive MBA, MBA, and a specialization from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, respectively. She also studied Gestão por Processos at ECHOES - Innovation Lab.
