Michael Austin

Michael Austin is an accomplished project and product manager with experience in business leadership and technology. He has worked with lean startups, Fortune 100 companies, and the U.S. government (DOE, NPS, military). With degrees in computer science and business technology management, he brings a unique perspective to his projects.

He is a problem solver who is passionate about improving projects and products and building teams and solutions for companies that value innovation. He has overseen software development projects for enterprise, SaaS, and cloud-based products as well as for hardware and robotics.

Michael is currently a project manager for the National Park Service, where he is working to improve product strategy and align business functions to a common mission. He has served on the board of the Silicon Valley Product Management Association (SVPMA) and is a former managing director of Synergy Results Group (SynRG) and the chief strategy officer and co-founder of Luvozo, PBC.

In his free time, Michael enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and skiing, as well as cooking with the latest tech appliances.
