Matthew Builder is an accomplished builder and founder of Timeline Design+Build. Having studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at UC San Diego, Civil Engineering at Santa Clara University, he holds an impressive background that helps him provide detailed specifications and analyses for the Timeline's clients. With over 700 residential projects completed, Matthew's passion for home building shows no signs of dimming.

Matthew, a former President of the local NARI chapter and current board member for the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) in Silicon Valley, also consults homeowners and Realtors with feasibility studies, saving them from making costly errors. Outside of work, Matthew keeps himself busy by coaching soccer, building his three ministries, and indulging in surfing and sailing.
