All things Tech!I’ve lead our team through huge growth on Amazon, nearly doubling our gross revenues from 2018 to 2019.  At the same time, we've been able to increase in net margin by lowering fulfillment expenses and fees associated with Amazon sales.A major driving factor in our overall sales success on Amazon can be attributed to our Amazon Marketing. We’ve increased our ad sales by 500% YoY while reducing our ACoS to under 15%! I’ve also led the logistical and practical projects of expanding our Amazon network internationally, adding 3 additional marketplaces in the last year!Outside of our eCommerce success, we've instituted a infrastructure that continues to ensure our customer experiences are tracked end to end and can be evaluated at many different levels, from 10,000 feet summaries to the micro data points.That means the setup of intelligent systems that give us actionable information, not just pretty graphs! This infrastructure has helped us ensure all our customers are getting the very best service, while capturing lost opportunities BEFORE they are lost for good!

A Different Type of Data Management Company!I lead the development team to create multiple business applications.  My role as the head of the company was to help our clients communicate their business challenges so that I could leverage our team to create solutions. From BI to workflow applications, we helped some of the biggest companies in the NW overcome hurdles they thought would never be resolved.This role gave me some very useful experience in the BI space, learning new methods for data transformation and normalization. Project Manager leading a migration from a call center in Chicago, IL to a brand new call center in Beaverton, OR. This included developing the new site (physical requirements), staffing projections, recruiting and hiring of 31 agents, improvement implementation, new agent training, MSA and SLA discussions and memorialization of formal documents. During this time I worked with the client to ensure all business needs would be ready for a 100% cutover of all call volumes on day 1. This project proved to be a huge success, with the new center operating at higher efficiency, lower costs, while exceeding service level metrics, and an increase in the client’s customer satisfaction.
