Henrik S. Hunstad

Henrik Hunstad is a well-known and respected figure in the world of martial arts in Norway. As the founder of the country's first martial art chain, Mudo Institute, as well as Sangrok Norway, he has made a significant impact on the martial arts community. He is a master instructor of traditional Korean martial arts, including Taekwondo, Hapkido, and Haedongkumdo, and also provides training in practical and tactical self-defense techniques for military, police officers, security personnel, and other professionals. He is also an expert in conflict handling and work ethics, as well as meditation and energy work based on Zen Buddhism, Taoism, and martial arts principles. In addition to his teaching, Hunstad is a popular lecturer and motivational speaker, presenting his program, "The Zen Moment," in workshops and seminars to a wide range of groups, from business to sports.
