Victor Asteinza is a senior contributor, collaborator, and former CTO with a passion for inspiring teams, pushing for code quality, and improving processes. With an extensive background in software development, his areas of expertise include back-end development, API design, team leadership, and emerging technologies, among others.

Victor's professional experience includes working as a Lead Backend Engineer at The Dyrt, Co-Founder and Producer at Puzzled Pint, CTO at Fleet Logistics, Senior Software Engineer at Fleet Logistics, and various positions at other companies such as The Clymb, Nike, and Xerox. Victor's education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Stony Brook University.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Victor is also a fun-loving individual with a passion for puzzling and game design. He co-founded Puzzled Pint, a monthly event that now has over 100 locations worldwide, and helped design the first escape room in Portland. Victor enjoys a variety of problem-solving activities, including whiteboarding solutions, designing new things, and leading retrospective meetings using the START, STOP, CONTINUE model.
