Kerrie Flanagan
Kerrie Flanagan is a skilled writer, consultant, and conference coordinator with over 20 years of experience in the industry. She has written eight books and has contributed to well-known publications such as Writer’s Digest, FamilyFun, and Alaska Magazine, among others. Her works also appear in various anthologies, including six titles from Chicken Soup for The Soul. Kerrie is a former director of Northern Colorado Writers, as well as a founder and former writing coach and consultant of Kerrie Flanagan. Her background in teaching and passion for mentoring writers led her to present at writing conferences across the United States, including a continuing education class at Stanford University. She specializes in writing, publishing, self-publishing, PR, marketing, blogging, teaching, and conference planning, and frequently consults with other writers. Outside of writing, Kerrie studied at the University of Northern Colorado, where she earned a BS in Social Science with a focus on education and social sciences. She is currently the founder of Wordsmith Institute.
