Peter Giza is a nursing professional who is passionate about elevating the nursing profession and eradicating preventable diseases. With nearly a decade of experience working in emergency rooms and ICUs, Peter became disenchanted with the outdated care paradigm and was inspired to create change. He, along with his partner, founded The Nurse Coach Collective, which provides a streamlined path to becoming a world-class Health and Wellness Nurse Coach. Their program is comprehensive, affordable, and designed to help RNs become leaders in their communities and shift the healthcare model.

Peter's background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Rhode Island College and a private coaching practice called EmpowerWell, which now runs on an invitation and referral-only basis. He is passionate about empowering nurses and helping them discover the tools, techniques, and mindsets to transform their patients' lifestyles. Additionally, he is knowledgeable about chronic diseases, mental illness, and obesity and is committed to addressing these issues.
