Andy Schön is a highly experienced and accomplished software engineering professional with a career spanning back to 1999. He co-founded and is currently the SVP of Software Engineering at Thrive Commerce, a Philly-based technology startup that's shaking up the billion-dollar digital coupon industry and innovating eCommerce. With an impressive history in online marketing technology, Andy has been a key figure in building two half-billion-dollar adtech startups. Andy played a critical role as a Director of Software Engineering at LinkShare, one of the pioneers of performance marketing, that led the company to a $425 million cash acquisition within three years. Later, as the Director of Software Engineering for Adknowledge, he built a new team from scratch responsible for systems that drove $100 million in annual revenue for Adknowledge's affiliate marketing branch.

With a dual-Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Philosophy from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Columbia University, Andy also studied photography at Rhode Island School of Design and digital filmmaking at New York Film Academy. He has photographed over 40 countries and all 7 continents as a published world travel photographer.
