Shannon Rasimas is an accomplished business development, career services, and partner relations director with a passion for connecting people and driving results. With a diverse background spanning leadership, marketing, tech, and fitness, Rasimas has dedicated her career to empowering individuals and organizations to thrive. She currently serves as the Career Development + Outreach Director at Alchemy Code Lab, a premier FullStack JavaScript Development program in Portland, Oregon. In this role, she builds relationships and connects graduates with rewarding tech positions all over the city. Previously, Rasimas has held a variety of leadership and marketing roles, including as the Program Manager at pdxMindShare, Marketing Operations Manager at Anvil Media, and Senior Marketing Coordinator at FCW.

Rasimas holds a Master of Science in Exercise, Fitness & Health Promotion from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Marketing and International Business, with an Accounting Minor, from Lycoming College. She is also an active member of her community, serving on the Associate Board of Business for a Better Portland and as the Ally // Jobs & Education Chair at Circles Willamette Valley.

Rasimas' experience and skills include business development, career coaching, marketing operations, event management, and social media, among others. She is proficient in a wide range of tools and software, including Microsoft Office, WordPress, Google Analytics, Sales Force, and Photoshop. In her free time, Rasimas enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with loved ones.
